I'm a former matchmaker as well as a high conflict communication specialist, which means I've seen both halves of this: how people choose, and how it goes wrong.

One hour, walking, in Calgary — $175 — or the same hour by private video from anywhere. Add a $100 written follow-up letter afterward if you want the patterns on paper.
Every conversation happens on the walk or on the video call. Nothing is recorded and nothing is documented. I don't write reports for legal matters, testify, or communicate with third parties. This is a private thinking conversation — not therapy, not counselling, not legal advice.

There's no universal answer, and that question is often worth an hour on its own — it's usually about readiness, not the calendar.
